I know it's been a long time

So what have I been up to?

Of late I have been working to increase funds to finance a photography road trip. Together with a like minded camera buff we hope to explore and document parts of Europe. Some planning has taken place resulting in Germany and Italy being favourite. Both countries are renown for their cultural mixtures, history and diversity. We are hoping this will may inspire the creation of a book.

Work has seriously curtailed my photography recently. I have been giving myself a challenge of taking my camera out once a week and obtaining good, strong images I would like to show. The following are examples from Shrewsbury Carnival:
